We are delighted to report that our prized Tomahawk steaks are back on the menu.
To our regulars, the moment you have been waiting for has arrived and the ultimate portion of steak can again be served up.
For those that have never tried this house favourite before, the steak is essentially a rib-eye specifically cut with the bone handle of 6 to 8 inches, resembling the “Native American” Tomahawk axe.
The steers have spent 30 days grain-fed to increase the marbling of the steak, making the meat exquisitely tender and flavourful. The pricing matches the size at $12 per 100g, with each portion being 2 inches thick and weighing between 1 and 1.8 kg.
The need to pre-order is essential, which is why we are only accepting calls for these steaks. We ask that you give our chefs at least 48-hours’ notice and reach us during business hours on +64 3 441 0444.
